FlareIQ helps you observe patterns in your eczema or dermatitis (atopic, contact, dyshidrotic, nummular, seborrheic, or stasis). It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

• FlareIQ does not diagnose conditions.
• FlareIQ does not prescribe medication or recommend dosing changes.
• FlareIQ does not interpret labs or imaging.
• FlareIQ is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including anaphylaxis, severe infection, fever with new rash, vision changes, or thoughts of self-harm — call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Always loop in your dermatologist, primary care provider, or another qualified clinician for any decision about your health or treatment.

The chat companion uses an AI model that has been given guardrails to stay within wellness coaching and pattern observation. It can be wrong. Treat its replies as a starting point for conversation with your provider, not as instructions.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with anyone outside your household members.
• You may delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Don't use FlareIQ to harm yourself or others, to attempt to misuse the AI, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to upload content that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these expectations.

FlareIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on insights, charts, or AI replies from the service. Your health decisions remain yours and your clinician's.

We may update these terms. If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app.
